We’re looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our Delivery Team at ChannelEngine. This team is responsible for connecting the systems of new customers to the ChannelEngine platform and the various marketplaces. With diverse customers across a variety of industries, and spread around the globe, no two days are the same, ensuring that your role as our Onboarding Specialist is dynamic and rewarding.
What will you do as Onboarding Specialist?
You’ll work alongside friendly and collaborative colleagues, overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers at ChannelEngine. You’ll be connecting customers’ systems to our platform and facilitating API connections for channel integrations. You’ll coach and train customers in setting up their accounts, walk them through ChannelEngine settings and functionalities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Once onboarding is complete, you’ll keep a close eye out to check that everything is running smoothly, before handing the account over to the Customer Success Team.
