Job Description

Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to oversee and ensure timely order dispatch.
Monitor orders to guarantee seamless execution and completion.
Coordinate and optimize transportation activities for daily issue resolution and process standardization.
Handle transportation complaints and resolve problems effectively.
Supervise warehouse and LSP performance to meet KPI targets.
Manage warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Oversee inbound logistics management.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must, with fluency in both written and spoken communication. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Dutch, is advantageous.

EU Permanent Residency is required.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with operational experience in consumer or e-commerce sectors.

Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.

Excellent organizational capabilities for efficient planning, organizing, and setting priorities to ensure timely task execution.

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and integrative approach to achieving goals.

Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle is preferred.
