As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that align with Eneco’s vision for a sustainable future. Specifically, you will :

Lead comprehensive product discovery phases, combining qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
Design user-centric digital solutions that are both impactful and intuitive.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and project success.

You will oversee the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring all solutions meet user needs and align with Eneco’s sustainability goals. Your responsibilities include :

Applying user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive and impactful products.

Conducting usability testing and refining designs based on feedback and data insights.

Contributing to the design team’s best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You are a seasoned designer with a passion for sustainability and a strong user-focused mindset. You bring :

Extensive experience in UX / UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
