In IT Service Delivery - we are dedicated to securing the best process support for an international business in rapid growth. The vacancy is in the team, SCM and Manufacturing, where we are working with various group rollout projects as well as day-to-day support to our global GEA customers. The job may involve travel depending on the project requirements.
The position is based at our site in Den Bosch, NL. However, we are also open to hire this in Soeborg, Denmark or Oelde, Germany.
What will you be working with?
Driving and delivering end-to-end activities on assigned implementation / roll-out or other projects as an SAP consultant
Working with Application Maintenance and resolving assigned tickets as per the agreed SLAs / OLAs
Contributing actively in scoping the project requirements, estimating resources and preparing an offer for delivering the results.
Proactively ensuring that the ERP solution and progression is consistent with solutions in other tracks
Carrying out best practice project documentation related to own track
Supporting the different business applications (based on area of expertise) and resolving incidents / change requests within the agreed SLAs.
Managing escalations as per the process and coordinate between different stakeholders and team members.
Sharing knowledge within the team and helping in building up competencies and / or improving the quality of deliverables
Your Profile / Qualifications

This role is part of a large international business which needs to see the objectives of the projects translated into tangible results. Hence, it is pivotal that you have strong communicative skills and understand how to navigate in a complex organization
Key competencies :
In-Depth consulting and configuration knowledge in SAP (one or more areas within PP, QM, MM, EWM)
It will be a big advantage if the candidate has knowledge on techno-functional integrations like working with interfaces, ability to debug and read customized programs
Any experience of working on MES (Manufacturing execution system) or Transport management will be a plus
Business process mapping, suggesting and explaining the best practices and confident enough to challenge business requirements when required
Ability to talk to business in a language that they understand (not using SAP terminologies and / or abbreviations for example)
Result driven – focused on targets and project plans
Flexible, adaptable and stays up to date with the latest offerings and changes within the technology
Your profile and qualifications :
Relevant degree (candidate / Master’s degree or BA plus qualifying work experience)
Proven hands-on experience of working as SAP consultant for support and projects
Previous experience of working directly as a team member / key user / manager within supply chain business would be a plus
Proficient in written and spoken English is a must, skills in German are helpful
