About the role

As an Educational Designer at GoodHabitz Studios, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning by designing high-quality, engaging, and innovative educational materials that inspire and empower learners to achieve their goals. From creating learning materials to leading dynamic workshops, you’ll bring your pedagogical expertise and creativity to life while collaborating with skilled professionals to deliver impactful experiences. Every few weeks, you’ll dive into a new topic, make it your own, and create the best learning experience for our users. In multidisciplinary project teams you'll explore opportunities to improve learning formats and discover what’s missing to enhance engagement and learning success. At GoodHabitz, you’ll have the chance to innovate, grow professionally, and contribute to meaningful change in how people learn and develop worldwide.

What you'll be doing :

  • Developing educational designs aligned with learning goals and evidence-based principles.
  • Preparing design sprints and organizing inspiring sessions to support content production.
  • Creating diverse learning materials, such as assignments, cases, and learning boosters, to drive professional success.
  • Collaborating with writers, graphic designers, and production teams to maintain educational consistency.
  • Supporting other departments with educational insights tailored to customer needs.
  • Innovating and improving content and formats based on feedback and the latest ed-tech trends.

You're a skilled educational designer with a passion for making complex topics accessible and engaging. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing creativity and precision. Additionally, you bring :

  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design, educational design, or Learning & Development.
  • A deep understanding of ed-tech trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English proficiency, with excellent writing skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and an openness to feedback.
