What You'll Do :

• Serve as the primary contact for technical questions, advice, and machine improvements.
• Design, optimize, and implement new solutions to enhance production processes.
• Develop 3D models, technical drawings, and machine components with close attention to tolerances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build and maintain specialized machinery.
• Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement to support smooth production and long-term machine reliability.
• Advise on spare part management, technical material selection, and purchasing to ensure all machines are equipped for success.
