Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to join the Customer Service Portfolio Agile Release Train (ART) at a leading global tech organization in Eindhoven. As part of the Project Management ART , you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions in the SAP PS domain , collaborating with cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment.

This role requires deep SAP PS functional expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into robust IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an Agile Release Train (ART) focused on SAP PS delivery within the Customer Service Portfolio.
  • Gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and implement SAP PS solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including EPPM, CATS, DMS) and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute test activities : Unit Testing, Integration, Regression, and Automation Testing.
  • Support and guide users during hypercare and post-go-live phases.
  • Adhere to change management processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementations.
  • At least 4 full lifecycle SAP PS implementation projects.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and latest SAP ECC EHP versions .
  • Preferably SAP S / 4HANA PS certified .
  • Proficiency in SAP PS reporting structure and integration with EPPM, CATS, and DMS .
  • Solid experience in ABAP-related topics : enhancements, Smart Forms, reports.
  • Good understanding of data migration strategies and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and documenting functional designs, test cases, and test results.
  • Hands-on experience handling emergency transports and priority change requests.
  • Utilities industry experience is a strong advantage.
