German & Dutch Traffic Assistant / Marketing Communication Coordinator

Our client is known for designing and responsibly producing stylish and sustainable furniture. They offer a wide range of products aimed at the European market and are looking for a Traffic Assistant / Marketing Communication Coordinator.

As a Traffic Assistant / Marketing Communication Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for marketing and communication in Germany (for all branches). You will ensure efficient planning so that all brochures and catalogs are completed on time and accurately. Additionally, you will supervise the production of printed media and be responsible for generating POS materials and ensuring proper presentation within the concept. You will also plan and execute (digital) newsletters through the website and email. With your natural talent for planning and coordination, you will handle advertisement requests smoothly. You will proactively monitor various publicity campaigns, especially in Germany. Writing content, reviewing both online and offline media, and following up on the website launch and all articles are also part of your responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate

• Preferably holds a Associate degree and has an affinity with the furniture industry;
• Has some experience in reading CAD drawings;
• Is available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Is naturally skilled at planning and organizing;
• Has a commercial and no-nonsense attitude;
• Is independent, entrepreneurial, flexible, and has a positive, proactive attitude;
• Is fluent in German, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written.
