We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Wateringen. In this role, you will manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales and GP targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct visits and calls to potential and existing clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Handle account care by making follow-up calls, monitoring reports, and managing price adjustments.
  • Demonstrate and set up website accounts for new and current clients.
  • Process quotes and orders accurately and track opportunities in CRM (ACT!).
  • Collaborate with the Business Sales Administrator (BSA) on customer care and business development.
  • Regularly report sales performance, telesales metrics, and customer visit KPIs to the Sales Manager.

Working Arrangement

  • Based at the Wateringen office on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Field visits to customers and prospects on other weekdays.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally within the aviation sector.
  • Fluency in English (B2 / C1 level) and Dutch is required, and French is considered an asset. Strong negotiation and sales skills, organizational abilities, and customer focus are essential. Candidates must already hold the necessary work and residence permits, as the company does not support administrative procedures for obtaining these.
  • Career Development Opportunities

    The position offers the potential for promotion within 3–5 years, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Regional Manager or Commercial Director.

    Organizational Structure

    You will be part of a team that includes three office-based sales representatives, a business developer, and the Country Manager, who will be your direct superior. The broader team also includes two customer success managers and two field sales representatives. This role does not include direct management responsibilities.

    Training And Onboarding

    Comprehensive training is provided upon joining, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and system training (in English).

    Working Hours

    This is a full-time position with a 39-hour workweek under a standard employment contract.
