Senior Product Marketing Manager (Platform)

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you play a critical role in facilitating product knowledge within Backbase. You ensure that product information is always up to date and ready for use by customer-facing teams, and you ensure that marketing campaigns are relevant to our target audience.
What you'll do
You align go-to-market strategies and help define compelling features / benefits supported by competitive insights, customer centricity, and market trends.Your responsibilities include being the marketing business partner for a tech stack, generating and amplifying customer insights, and facilitating modern GTM tactics and operations.You are part of a fast-moving and cross-functional marketing team that collaborates with field marketing, product, solutions group, sales, and partner teams in all go-to-market initiatives.On a day-to-day basis, you work closely with all teams to share insights and transform them into high-quality, beautiful, and impactful deliverables.In everything you do, you pay strong attention to detail and have an eye for quality. You also have the ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into highly relevant and exciting solutions for our customers. You enjoy distilling stories to their simplest form and communicating them in creative ways that others wouldn’t.
Who you are
Qualifications
Bachelor or master degree in Finance, IT, Business or Marketing;6 years of experience B2B complex enterprise software & Tech working experience is required;PAAS (Platform as a service) previous working experience is required;Banking, payments, tech or SaaS experience is a plus;Low code & no code development platforms is a plus;Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others.Competencies / skills
GTM Strategies :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, solutions, etc.) to build impactful go-to-market materials, leveraging market insights and research to differentiate our product positioning significantly;Be able to balance mid-term vision with short-term practical steps, tactics, and goals.Product Collateral :
Collaborate with sales, solutions, and product teams to thoroughly understand our propositions and translate them into impactful communication content for internal and external use;Be able to grasp customer and business needs, make them easy to understand, and transform our product positioning into understandable value propositions.Content Creation :
Write and create compelling product collateral, conduct persona research, develop white papers, brochures, and data sheets, write blog posts, craft customer stories, create product and solution pages, design presentations, etc.Have solid experience in both technical and commercial product communications.Project Management :
Able to drive progress and meet deadlines;Possess strong project management skills and the ability to make decisions;Comfortable working across time zones and diverse cultures;Good to have : comfort with SCRUM / agile ways of working;Able to adapt to a matrix organization (team and guilds).J-18808-Ljbffr
