Intermediate / Senior Policy Officer

You are the spider in the web. You maintain contact with the bodies affiliated with the organization, including the Client Council and the Supervisory Board. Consultation plans, attending and recording the meetings. In this role you work as an administrative secretary to the board of directors. You maintain the quality management system, write policy documents and perform internal audits. You guide the organization in the (re)certification processes HKZ. You have the role of prevention officer and safety coordinator and work together with the team coordinators to safeguard this at the 4 locations.

The objective of the function is to (actively) contribute to the preparation and implementation of policy and safety in the various policy areas within Castle Craig Netherlands. You are the right hand of management and inform them about all kinds of policy matters. You pull some projects. You follow, analyze and interpret internal and external developments (social and political developments, developments in legislation and regulations, etc.).
