About the Role :
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to manage key client relationships, grow sales and gross profit, and drive new business acquisition. This role will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth.
Provided : Company Car + fuel card
Languages required : English and Dutch (essential), French is a plus
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring sales targets set out are met through effective daily planning
- To manage and grow existing customer accounts, meeting the personal sales target
- To make visits and telephone calls to new and potential customers
- Make account care calls and monitor account reports, including managing price increases
- Set-up website accounts and do website demonstrations to new and existing customers
- Take and process quotes and orders, updating ACT! with any opportunities and OOP with any quotes
- Meet with BSA to discuss existing and new business, appointment notes, and any customer care issues
- Report to Sales Manager with sales results, telesales and customer visit KPIs
- Be at the office on a Monday and Friday and visiting customers and prospects on other days
