Then the Amstel Hotel is looking for you! As a F&B Supervisor you are responsible for the results of your specific outlet, you lead the team and ensure optimal cooperation.

A TASTE OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Leading a dynamic team of hospitality professionals
  • Developing and guiding your team to make sure all individuals can be the best version of their selves. Improving their performance through coaching & feedback and create performance and development goals.
  • Give guests an unforgettable experience by helping with any queries or advice since you are knowledgeable about all that we offer.
  • Meeting local cleanliness and hygiene laws, you only accept a spotless work environment.
  • Handling cash, credit card and room charge payments and closing the cashier at the end of your shift.
  • Being a true Amstel representative to our guests in all serving periods while adding your personal touch to every service touchpoint.
  • Taking part in recruitment of new Food an Beverage colleagues.
  • Guaranteeing the excellent luxury service level of the Amstel Hotel

REQUIREMENTS

  • Teamplayer
  • Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience in a similar position
