YOUR MISSION

  • Provide excellent customer service and continuously implement it on the floor in line with PUMA values and established service standards
  • Ensure that, through effective customer service, your individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI and profitability targets
  • Ensure that sales transactions are processed quickly, competently, securely and accurately at the checkout
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines in accordance with PUMA values
  • Responsible for the fulfilment and processing of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Look for opportunities to improve the flow of goods and communicate these to your team

YOUR TALENT

  • First sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail environment
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Customer orientated, reliable and friendly personality
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office programs
