Client Service Specialist (m / f / gn)
Inthis role, you manage the daily portfolio of approximately 20 clients.Independence, proactivity, teamwork, and excellent communication are essential.You report to the Director of Operations.
What will you do?
- Work in an informal, international office environment
- Daily assessment of financing positions based on accounts receivable portfolios
- Determine deductions and financing feasibility
- Execute financing applications
- Ensure risk management by monitoring ratios and signals
- Handle and issue credit limits
- Maintain contact with the credit insurer
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable department for efficient credit management
- Regularly visit clients with the account manager
