Your day as Service Account Manager?
Can’t really tie that down. One moment you are coordinating a service request for the upgrade of a pouch handling system, the next moment you have a customer on the phone. After carrying out regular maintenance, the line breaks down and he urgently needs remote support to get it up and running again. You fix the right people for the job!
As a Service Account Manager, you are the internal and external point of contact for service issues. You analyze customer needs, consult with the technical support team about the right solution, and check whether the customer is indeed satisfied with our advice.
Fortunately, you are not alone. Together with your service colleagues, you make improvement proposals to increase the service level and efficiency. You are bursting with ideas to expand our service portfolio.
Presentation skills? You are happy to show them! Tomorrow you will travel to a customer in Hungary to discuss the Lan service program with the local service and maintenance team. In this way, you contribute to customer satisfaction and service growth.
