About Our Client
Our client is a network organisation and service provider, which supports German and Dutch companies doing business in the neighbouring countries. They bring entrepreneurs together, offer legal advice, help companies to find staff and take care of payroll administration for more than 250 customers. They assist in business acquisitions and have their own seminar programme.
They are 45 employees and have an impressive relationship and client network as well as 1,500 member companies.
The payroll accounting department of our client is growing and they are looking for new team members who will advise German companies on the remuneration of their employees in the Netherlands.
Your Tasks
- As a payroll administrator, you will manage your own client portfolio with our client.
- Their clients will provide all data on a monthly basis and you will ensure correct processing.
- You will advise new and existing clients on the payroll of their personnel in the Netherlands.
- This is an independent position, but you can always count on the knowledge and support of your colleagues and there is plenty of opportunity to improve.
- Furthermore, in this position you will regularly have contact with employers on HR, pension and salary issues.
- You will be supported by our client´s lawyers and pension and insurance professionals.
- You and your colleagues will ensure optimal support for our clients!

You have completed a diploma with a focus on payroll administration (e.g. VPS, BKL, PDL, Markus Verbeek Praehep).You have gained at least 3-5 years of working experience in payroll administration and are ready for a new challenge.You have experience handling payroll administration for various clients.You speak Dutch at a mother tongue level and you are motivated to learn German. Our client will gladly support you in this with an individual 1-to-1 language course.You like to take the initiative, are helpful and have a structured way of working.
