Senior Business Controller / Analyst

Our clients is an international real estate organization. The goal is to create long-term value through property investments. The cornerstones of their operations are the development of commercial and residential real estate for further active management.

Considering the growth of the company, a new position has been created on group level.

Job Summary

The Senior Business Controller / Analyst in Amsterdam will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, ensuring that the company's investment strategies are effectively implemented and managed. This role involves analysing performance on portfolio and property level and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The Senior Business Controller / Analyst will also collaborate with various departments and Divisions to ensure alignment with the company's overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business / Group Controlling : Develop business and financial controlling on group level
• Performance Controlling & Reporting : Manage performance reporting systems to track and analyse key financial metrics. Define and track KPI's on a property, Division, asset class or country level. Manage the further development of the controlling and reporting processes on a continuously basis
• Portfolio Management : Monitor and manage the performance of the investment on portfolio and property level. Continuously develop the Portfolio Management tool.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes of the Group and support the business planning process of the Divisions. Support strategic business planning initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis
• Cost Controlling : Perform cost analysis on Division and property level
• Reporting to Management board, Board of Directors and Shareholder : prepare reports
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with investment activities
