As an Employee Finishing, you will independently operate multiple conventional, CNC and / or NC machines. In addition, you correct and record deviations according to the applicable procedures and systems. You also measure machined parts using various measuring tools and support the organization in improving the production process to achieve World Class Manufacturing. If necessary, you are willing to perform work in other departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You work with different types of machines, such as conventional and / or NC and CNC machines;
You accurately machine wear parts according to technical drawings;
You check that the parts made are of good quality, using various measuring tools;
You ensure that the workplace is always safe and tidy by carrying out safety policies and work according to the 5S method;
You perform function according to the applicable procedures within ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL B.V., instructions and directions from the immediate supervisor, regulations and policies accurately;
You use the APS system (Lean / Six Sigma) to work smarter and more efficiently.

Desired Education and Experience

You have relevant experience with machines and technical work;

You are in possession of a MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in (metal) technical direction;

You are willing to follow extra training if necessary;

You are willing to work 3 shifts and are open to working extra hours if necessary;

You can read and understand technical drawings and work independently and accurately;

You have experience with lean / world-class manufacturing for better production processes.
