Then we are looking for you as a Shiftleader in Tilburg!

What you do on a typical day :

• Instruct the team leaders at the kick-off to start the shift. After the shift, you discuss important topics from the shift with your colleagues to ensure the handover goes smoothly.
• Monitor the available capacity of the entire department and, together with your team leaders and coordinators, track the productivity of each individual department.
• Guide the team leaders and coordinators in constantly creating a good team and ensure that any bottlenecks are removed.
• Support HR with monitoring absenteeism, follow up on leave requests, check, and approve time and clock sheets.
• Assess the employees from your shift and monitor the quality delivered by your teams during your shift.
• Take into account the logistical planning and the established KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, look for solutions, and initiate improvements.
• Reflect on the delivered results with your team leaders and go over what went well and points that need improvement next time.
