Seafarma Department Pharmacy Apotheek Vogelakker B.V. is a medical supply company which was founded in 1990 and is located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Our core activities are (re) certification of a vessel’s medical cabinet and supplying medicines, medical supplies and other related products. Our markets include ship chandlers, offshore,

international shipping, inland shipping, cruise ships and luxury yachts. Our offshore market includes production platforms, oil rigs, and offshore vessels. We have a dedicated team of employees skilled in pharmacy that work around the clock to provide cetificates, medicine, medical supplies and advice for a favorable price.

Tasks

Manage inventory levels of pharmaceutical products, including ordering, receiving, and storing products online.
Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing and contracts, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that inventory levels meet the company's needs and goals.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and deliveries.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and maintain purchasing policies and procedures that comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
