5+ years of B2B SaaS Account Executive / Manager experience
Expertise with enterprise clients and exceeding customer expectations
Strong relationship-building skills and trusted advisor status
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Native German speaker, fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
