Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized business development executive with a can-do mentality. In this role, you will be an integral part of our business development team, contributing to the smooth functioning of operations and providing support in various aspects of relationship management and business development efforts. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with different departments, such as finance and project management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business development team with daily operations
  • Assist with business development leads : e.g. quotations, tenders, subsidies
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before submission to clients or stakeholders
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients, agencies, and (local) partners
  • Identify new developments and turn them into business opportunities
  • Support new product launches and manage aftersales processes

Educational background and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medical field or business
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field of (international) sales and business
  • Fluency in English is a must, Dutch is preferred
  • Affinity with biomedicine or medical imaging is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or open to learn quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying detail-oriented and precise
  • Great time management and prioritization skills
