Meraki Talent are looking to appoint an ambitious Transfer Pricing (Senior) Consultant to join a globally recognised consultancy company in Netherlands. This company has a global network, and this specific office is seeing continuous growth within the market. This means that the team is looking to grow by another 2-3 professionals in to accommodate the increased demand for their services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurially minded individual to join a welcoming, international team of tax professionals. This is a role within the Transfer Pricing team that is a part of the larger, international services department. The transfer pricing team collaborates with the international tax, corporate tax, and global consultancy teams, and you will get to work with a diverse group of individuals.

Requirements :

approximately 3-5 years of Transfer Pricing experience in Big 4 / Top 10 environment
ability to make decisions and work independently
ability to work as part of a team
entrepreneurial mindset and drive to continue professional development
relevant university degree (law, economics, finance, other relevant)
ability to build and maintain client relationships
excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, Dutch will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities :

involvement in business development and building the practice

taking ownership and responsibility of your assignments

building and maintaining client relationships

involvement in all aspects of TP, including compliance and advisory

liaising with and reporting to managers and senior managers

About the team

The TP team is currently small but growing and works together with the other tax teams. The team is multinational and diverse : the current nationalities include for example Chinese, South African, and Russian colleagues. Each individuals ideas and contribution will be valued, and the team values independence. The successful candidate will get the freedom to work in their own way and contribute to building the practice.
