As our Brand Development Manager, you will develop and implement winning marketing and trade marketing global programs in line with Marketing strategy in order to deliver on annual brand targets. You will do this for all Global Cocktail Brands : Bols Cocktails, Passoa, Galliano and Fluere. Our Brand Development Manager will develop and advise the commercial organisation on brand & bartender activation programs. The programming will be developed to effectively consult and inspire our distributor partners and ensure they work against set guidelines and deadlines and are capable of local implementation. The execution of these programs need to effectively influence buyers purchasing behaviour through excellent consumer engagement and point of sale activation.
As our Brand Development Manager, you will :
- Contribute to global brand development through taking responsibility at the development of the right marketing mix, activation programs and tools in close cooperation with local brand teams by actively looking for consumer, shopper, customer and bartender knowledge, insights and relationships
- Translate the brand positioning and strategy into a Digital, Social & PR toolkit
- Develop and roll out a plan to drive distribution, rate of sale and bartender loyalty via the activation of the global brand platforms : Bols Cocktail Experience and Bols Cocktail academy
- Develop uniform Sales argumentation to effectively translate brand and consumer insights into local selling argumentation
- Develop In store Visibility & Merchandising guidelines + set up effective ordering process
- Develop flexible and scalable activation programs to drive liquid to lips and Rate of Sale drivers.

Qualifications :
Academic, Master’s Degree (field of Marketing / Communication / Business preferred)Approximately 3 years in relevant marketing and / or commercial experience required in a similar role and / or an international environment and / or FMCG industryExperience / Skills :
