Sales Intern – ONE Human Performance Institute

Location : Amsterdam

Hours : 24 hours per week (including 1-2 hours per day on weekends)

Compensation : Internship stipend + potential performance-based bonuses

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern , you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients and supporting the sales team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development within the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing : Engage with incoming warm leads, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Weekend Calls : Dedicate 1-2 hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays to follow up with potential clients.
  • Internal Sales : Drive referrals and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Market Research : Assist in gathering insights on potential clients and industry trends.
  • CRM & Reporting : Track client interactions and support the optimization of sales strategies.
  • What We Are Looking For

  • Strong Communicator : Confident and persuasive in client interactions.
  • Proactive & Independent : Able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset : Interested in learning about sales and customer acquisition.
  • Weekend Availability : Able to commit 1-2 hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays for calls.
  • Passion for Fitness & Health : Enthusiastic about personal training and well-being.
