Your role

will involve selling research solutions and workflows to both existing and new customers.

  • To increase revenue, you will maintain contact with existing clients, you will promote new products, develop new business opportunities, and close deals.
  • Additionally, you will create and implement a territory sales plan that aligns with company objectives. The job involves keeping a close eye on competitor activities and new product launches, while also nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • It is important to continually develop new KOL relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Other key duties include providing accurate sales forecasts, conducting technical seminars, and representing Miltenyi at events.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an ideal candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Master's or PhD preferred) and at least 3 years of successful sales experience in the same field.
  • You have experience in managing complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels are required.
  • Moreover, building positive working relationships at all levels is also a key requirement, that we believe will help us achieve our shared goals.
  • In addition, you have excellent time and territory management skills and the ability to make pragmatic decisions quickly, a strong work ethic, customer focus, and commercial acumen.
  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in using Microsoft Office and is willing to travel extensively within the Netherlands. The position is based in the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
