Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. In order to increase the responsiveness to local market dynamics the company introduced Cluster Management Teams to drive the business in different regions.
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
who works with business leaders across the group and the markets to identify, triage, and solve the most challenging business issues faced by Kramp through strong functional knowledge, solid grasp of structured problem solving, ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and expertise in analysis and analytical tools.
The Business Analysts are the core problem-solving capability of Kramp. Sitting within the Analytics, Insights, & Transformation (AI&T) department, Business Analysts will work directly with business leaders across Kramp Group and the Markets in order to identify, triage, and solve the most challenging business issues faced by Kramp. Business Analysts enable the AI&T department to serve as the "firefighters" of Kramp, able to tackle complex issues in all parts of the business.
What is your role?
Your specific tasks include :
Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
Prepare and help develop business cases to inform decision making about development opportunities.
Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Develop and write materials that are highly visible, such as slide decks for standardized presentations to senior management or sections of client reports, for review by more senior colleagues.
Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
Improve and develop procedures by giving feedback on what works and what doesn't, suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes.
Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs / issues / concerns and reacting tothese to support the communication of business information and decisions.

Who are you?
For this job we have a couple of requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience
Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
Strategy consulting experience would be a plus
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Competences : balances stakeholders, business insight, communicates effectively, manages complexity, optimizes work processes, plans and aligns.
