Within PACCAR Inc., DAF Trucks Global Engine Development is the center of competence for engine and aftertreatment development. In our state-of-art engine development center we develop engine families for future regulations, for DAF, Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. Our engines and trucks are best-in-class products in the transportation world, being always driven by providing environmentally friendly products with highest reliability and best cost-effectiveness for our customers.

The Engine Integration department is responsible for definition, development and calibration of engine and aftertreatment families towards performance and regulatory requirements. The department is split into 9 groups.

As an Emission Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating critical product changes that shape the performance and emissions of cutting-edge engines and aftertreatment systems. What You'll Do

Lead discussions and decisions on the impact of hardware, software, and calibration changes on emissions, diagnostics, and performance.
Collaborate globally with PACCAR teams in Eindhoven and North America to ensure timely production releases.
Maintain a clear release schedule, balancing technical updates with production milestones.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 5+ years of experience in project engineering.

Expertise in engines, aftertreatment systems, and onboard diagnostics.

Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills to align diverse stakeholders.
