The Mission :

Ensure the correct registration of all documents, control of accounting and taxes for SpeedLink and 24Hours.

Funcional Responsibilities :

• Accounting documents, invoices, credit notes, estimations, accruals;
• Opening of customers and suppliers in the system;
• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, Payable, General ledgers;
• Posting of fixed assets and amortizations;
• Charge bank statements in the system
• Preparation of bank reconciliation;
• Archive of all accounting documentation;
• Preparation of the VAT declarations
• Support the preparation of the annuals accounts
• Preparation of maps to support the monthly closing.

Other sporadic tasks related to the function

Know and comply with the specific procedures and standards of the group established according to the activity and function.
