Key Account Manager (Public sector)

Main Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational customer relationship activities.

2. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas.

3. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth.

4. Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

5. Communicate with and coordinate various internal departments within and outside the enterprise department.

6. Plan and support market branding actions in the enterprise area.

7. Attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations.

8. Track potential competitors and develop alternative strategies.

9. Transfer knowledge to technical sales team.

Requirements :

1.At least 3 years of work experience in Netherlands enterprise business in public sector.

2.Preferably technical background in ICT, professional knowledge about Servers, Storages, Networks, Clouds and typical applications in the enterprise environment.

3. Experience in working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.

4.Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

5. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
