Are you full-time available as a Warehouse Manager and eager to take part in implementing a new customer at our 100,000 square meter warehouse with 350 employees?

At our new location in Puttershoek , you will further advance the Consumer Product division and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of our international supply chain solutions. Join our new team and make sure the operation is running smoothly. Together with your Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors, you will be responsible for our brand-new warehouse. Your expertise in logistics and building and motivating teams will be crucial. With this implementation, you have the unique opportunity to redesign the organization with your team. YOUR TASKS

Lead the entire warehouse operation and work closely with the Operations Manager;
Analyze data and translate it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement;
Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team's performance;
Make and implement action plans, coach employees, and plan headcount;
Motivate employees, show enthusiasm, and possess strong people management skills;
Expand business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level;

Proven knowledge of warehousing, processes, and project management with complexity comparable to Arvato’s;

Ambitious, proactive, and independent professional with strong analytical skills;

Eager to serve customers at a high-quality level;

Flexible and thrive in a dynamic environment;

Driven to achieve the best results.
