I'm still searching for an experienced Industrial Bakery Application Specialist or Technical Sales expert with strong knowledge of industrial bread manufacturing processes, excellent customer communication skills, superb hands-on professional baking and demonstrating skills and ability to travel internationally for around 40% of their role.

Key responsibilities include :

Sourdough Product Application and Development :

  • Lead the application of company's sourdough ingredients in various bakery products, including bread, rolls, pastries, and more.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and optimize sourdough formulations that meet customer needs and align with market trends.
  • Customer Interaction and Support :

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for bakery customers interested in adopting sourdough technology, providing expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our sourdough ingredients.
  • Product Promotion and Marketing :

  • Act as a dedicated ambassador for company's sourdough technology, representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Develop marketing materials, including case studies, technical literature, and presentations, to highlight the unique features and advantages of our sourdough ingredients.
  • Market Research and Analysis :

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, and advancements in sourdough technology and bakery manufacturing processes.
  • Gather feedback from customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Training and Education :

  • Provide training and educational resources to internal sales teams, distributors, and customers on the proper use and application of sourdough ingredients.
  • Develop technical manuals, recipe guides, and online resources to support customers in implementing sourdough technology effectively within their bakery operations.
