I'm still searching for an experienced Industrial Bakery Application Specialist or Technical Sales expert with strong knowledge of industrial bread manufacturing processes, excellent customer communication skills, superb hands-on professional baking and demonstrating skills and ability to travel internationally for around 40% of their role.

Key responsibilities include :
Sourdough Product Application and Development :
Lead the application of company's sourdough ingredients in various bakery products, including bread, rolls, pastries, and more.Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and optimize sourdough formulations that meet customer needs and align with market trends.Customer Interaction and Support :
Serve as the primary technical contact for bakery customers interested in adopting sourdough technology, providing expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our sourdough ingredients.Product Promotion and Marketing :
Act as a dedicated ambassador for company's sourdough technology, representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Develop marketing materials, including case studies, technical literature, and presentations, to highlight the unique features and advantages of our sourdough ingredients.Market Research and Analysis :
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, and advancements in sourdough technology and bakery manufacturing processes.Gather feedback from customers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.Training and Education :
Provide training and educational resources to internal sales teams, distributors, and customers on the proper use and application of sourdough ingredients.Develop technical manuals, recipe guides, and online resources to support customers in implementing sourdough technology effectively within their bakery operations.Seniority level
