As OnSite Specialist you will take care of the connection between your clients, our international employees and OTTO Work Force. You see your OnSite location as your company with all corresponding responsibilities. This means that you sometimes have to work in the evening or on Saturday. The right combination of enthusiasm, courage and perseverance makes you successful in this position.

KEY ACTIVITIES

W hat are you going to do exactly?

  • You work from our own OnSite office at the customer site;
  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and our international employees;
  • You coordinate your client's demand with your international employees on a daily basis. You then translate this into short- and long-term planning;
  • You guide and coach international employees so that they continue to develop;
  • You accompany starting employees with introduction and you provide clear work instructions;
  • You set goals with the OnSite Manager and you strive for the best results;
  • Administration also belongs to your work duties, such as drafting contracts;
  • You regularly evaluate the results with the customer and plan implementation of new targets.

CANIDATE REQUIREMENTS

W ho are you and what can you contribute to our company?

You are an enthusiastic and strong personality. You spontaneously go the extra mile. Additionally :

  • You have a MBO / HBO level degree;
  • You have knowledge of software packages : MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • You have good command of the English language skills in speech and writing. Knowledge of another language such as Dutch, Polish, Romanian or Bulgarian is a plus;
  • You have an valid driver’s license B;
  • You have a flexible employability and strong commercial and organization competences.
