What is exciting about this role : As a Senior Customer Service Employee at FitForMe you are an integral part of our Dutch-speaking customer service team.You ensure first-class service to our customers by answering customer questions, solving problems, and providing (product) advice.Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company through satisfied customers.
Your day-to-day :
- Providing excellent service to customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Providing product information and advice about our multivitamins.
- Ensuring trust in our products and our brand.
- Ensuring connection between our customers and FitForMe .
- Language : You speak and write Dutch fluently, as you support our Dutch-speaking customers. Fluent English is also required as this is the company language. So if you are selected for a telephone interview, our recruiter will speak English with you.
- Experience : You have at least 5years of customer service experience.
- Expertise : An education or professional background in nutrition or dietetics is a must-have.
- Multitasking : You can handle different tasks and systems well, ensuring that everything is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills : You can connect with customers and teammates. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships.
- Results-oriented : You are someone who does everything he can to get things done and is motivated by achieving goals.
- Affinity : A passion for health, nutrition and lifestyle is necessary.
