Sales & Marketing Internship – TCL Benelux

At TCL Benelux, we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on intern to support our Sales & Marketing team in building the TCL brand locally and driving commercial success across the region.

As a Benelux team, we’re growing fast and building our local marketing and sales operation from the ground up. What will you do?
This is a versatile internship where you’ll gain experience across both Sales and Marketing disciplines. You’ll work closely with our local team, as well as colleagues from our European HQ and global office in Shenzhen.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Social media support : Help manage and grow TCL’s local social media channels with relevant, engaging content.
- Digital content organization : Ensure our materials — from product images to campaign banners — are organized and distributed effectively across platforms and partners.
- E)Retail & branding support : Assist in creating visibility for TCL across online and offline retail partners (e.g., MediaMarkt, Bol.com).
- Website support : Help manage and update the TCL Benelux website to ensure our product pages and campaign content are accurate and attractive.
- Finance & admin support : Assist with budget input, invoice handling, and local reporting.
- Cross-functional communication : Work with colleagues from China, Europe, and Benelux to help align local execution with global strategies.
- Sales reporting : Support the team with gathering and analyzing weekly sales data from key retail partners and preparing actionable overviews.
- Retail partner support : Assist the Sales Manager with preparation of product overviews, presentations, and trade marketing materials for retail meetings.
- Retail marketing support : Help coordinate and execute local retail marketing activities — including event support, training of in-store promoters, and maintaining / updating retail marketing trackers.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and proactive student who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international business environment.
You are :
Currently enrolled in an HBO study in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communication, or a related field.Available for a full-time graduation or work experience internship (32–40 hours / week) for 5 - 6 months starting in September 2025.Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).Strong in communication, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to take initiative.Structured and hands-on, with an eye for detail.Interested in tech, consumer electronics, and how products go to market.What do we offer?
