The position of Regional Sales Manager (International)
A Regional Sales Manager (International) is a commercially driven individual who aims for outstanding sales results. In this role, you manage your designated countries providing (international) clients with training solutions that meet their specific needs, whether small or large. The Benelux countries and Scandinavia are among the regions included in this area. The main focus is on the growth and profitability of your region. You keep an eye on regional market trends and identify new opportunities to pursue. Achieving optimal customer satisfaction is your primary goal, and you address potential issues promptly by providing solutions. You understand your clients and dealers well and proactively think through suitable, technical solutions to meet their training requirements. Selling a technical product is second nature to you. Ultimately, you aim to build long-term relationships, not only with potential clients but also with LION.
What will you do? Bring LION's diverse product portfolio to life for customers in your region, both directly and through our dealer network. With your strategic Sales & Country Plans, you set the course for success and track your results using Salesforce. Your entrepreneurial nature shines as you proactively seek new customers and maintain existing relationships. Your goal : closing the deal. You collaborate with the (sales) team, and when a promising lead arises, you work with LION's commercial and technical team to create an attractive proposal for the customer or dealer.
Your profile
We're looking for ambitious individuals ready to step into a dynamic global sales role. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we value practical experience and a drive to learn.
