This is the role

We, an ambitious international team, are interested to meet a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Specialist who is interested to learn more about us. You will play an important role in building and maintaining a secure, reliable, and future-proof IT environment for our growing company. These are the responsibilities

  • Overseeing IT infrastructure projects, cloud services, device management, and ensuring smooth IT support across the organization.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
  • Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards (because chaos is not an option).
  • Involved in IT support, with a focus on making sure our colleagues can do their job without hassle (we all need a little help sometimes).

This is you

Probably you have what it takes to do the job and the below fits you well.

  • Possess a B.Sc / M.Sc. in IT or a related field (or a really impressive collection of IT certifications).
  • Come with 5+ years of experience in a similar IT specialist role (bonus points if you’ve worked in an international environment).
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and governance, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft On-Premises environments, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, device management and good problem-solving skills (MacGyver-level problem-solving skills preferred).
  • Interested and some experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams as collaboration and document management platforms.
  • Understand security technologies and best practices, such as ISO27001.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic (you’re the kind of person who gets things done).

    • Preferred location will be Evondos Netherlands in Zoetermeer. Other Evondos offices in Finland are possible locations as well (Helsinki, Salo and Oulu).
