Our client, a global consultancy committed to sustainability and innovation in the built and natural environment, is currently seeking a Campus Recruitment Partner to join their Early Careers team in the Netherlands. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will help shape the future of talent by leading recruitment efforts for graduates and interns across Europe.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, driving attraction, selection, and onboarding initiatives to ensure a top-tier candidate experience while supporting stakeholder engagement and diversity goals.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for graduate and intern roles, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and seamless processes.
- Manage application screening, ATS updates, and communication with candidates, including feedback and reasonable adjustments.
- Drive candidate attraction efforts via LinkedIn, campus and virtual events, and partnerships with student organizations.
- Provide strategic updates to hiring managers, sharing pipeline and market data to guide decision-making.
- Manage offer processes and onboarding to reduce offer reneges and ensure smooth transitions.
- Act as a coach and guide for peers and stakeholders as part of a transition to a global delivery model.
- Support broader early careers projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements :
Prior experience in early careers recruitment , either in-house or via agency / RPO, ideally across 3 full recruitment cycles in the European market.Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high candidate and stakeholder experience.Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement in early talent strategies.Skilled communicator with the ability to consult, influence, and guide stakeholders.Willingness to travel and attend events in person where required, though virtual working is embracedWhat’s in it for you?
