Who We Are

We are excited to invite a passionate CX Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our team and lead the way in the Dutch market. If you love building relationships, driving sales, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you! With your strong sales skills and business acumen, you'll help shape the future of SAP's Customer Experience portfolio and be a key player in our supportive and vibrant CX community.

Your Role

As our CX Senior Solution Sales Executive, you'll create a business plan that generates opportunities and exceeds targets. You'll identify and qualify leads, develop strategies, and build relationships with executives to showcase the value of SAP's solutions. Most importantly, you'll be part of a team where we build success together, supporting each other every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with customers and prospects to show them the amazing benefits of SAP's CX Portfolio using business cases, references and data.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Business Development team in the Netherlands to design and run programs that build our pipeline.
  • Partner with the Industry Account Executive and Virtual Account Team (VAT) to highlight the value of the CX Portfolio to our customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for Customer Experience topics and CX solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the industry, including business drivers and a strong network in the Netherlands.
  • A commitment to professionalism, respect, and high ethical standards.
  • Proven excellence and role model behavior.
  • Experience working with senior executives across various industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the C-level / board level.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
  • A self-starter attitude, adaptable, and loves working in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Your Experience

  • 8-10+ years in software sales, with at least 3 years focused on CX solutions.
  • Experience handling the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to various client levels.
  • Consistent and Proven stability and top performance in previous roles over multiple years.
