Project

  • apply advanced design expertise within a team and across related teams
  • create high-quality, user-centered design assets and solutions
  • ensure overall product design quality in designated area
  • independently handle complex design objectives
  • generate innovative product ideas and evaluate alternatives
  • collaborate to develop and refine solutions for business and user needs

Skills

  • knowledge of user flows, product features, and underlying technologies across teams and tracks
  • user-centered design concepts, methods, tools, and techniques
  • Figma
  • bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design

    • Nice to have

  • knowledge of prototyping tools or prototyping environments and web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, etc.
  • knowledge of the principles, concepts, and theories of product design and related areas
  • experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals
  • experience mentoring and coaching other designers
