You have proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, and ideally experience in the start-up of a hospitality concept. Tasks
This is what you will do :
- You will put together the menu.
- You make purchases from suppliers.
- Managing the horeca equipment.
- Putting together and managing a bar team.
- You supervise volunteers who want to work behind the bar.
- You regularly work in the bar.
- You monitor the bar's profitability and make adjustments when necessary.
- You handle requests for rentals and events.
- You also do, for a smaller part, various other tasks, depending on what is needed most at the time.
