About the job
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Reach Supreme, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients grow their sales pipeline.
By directly calling prospects of our clients, you’ll book qualified meetings that bring value to their businesses. You will be the bridge between our research and outreach efforts and the results our clients expect to see.
You’ll need to understand our clients’ offerings, effectively communicate their value to prospects, and ensure a professional and engaging first impression. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable feedback on prospect responses and help refine outreach strategies.
This job is 100% remote, so you can work from a beach house in the south of Spain or from an ice cave in Iceland as long as you have a comfortable set-up, reliable internet, and a quiet background that keeps you focused.
Responsibilities
Call 60-100 prospects / day on behalf of clients to set meetings.
Understand the value proposition of each client and communicate it effectively
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM
Work with the internal team to improve our outreach strategies
Help refine our processes and suggest tools or techniques to enhance efficiency.
Support your colleagues where needed to ensure collective success.

Base salary
Uncapped bonus : based on the number of qualified meetings booked
Remote : you can work anywhere with good internet within a + / -2 hr time zone with the Netherlands.

About you
Experience & skills
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing , or a similar in B2B domain.
Excellent work ethics , you need to make 60-100 calls per day.
Strong communication and persuasion skills : you know how to engage prospects and capture their interest.
Business acumen : you can quickly understand a client’s offering and tailor your conversations to prospects' needs.
Tech-savviness : comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms.
Readiness to work 100% remotely and conduct calls professionally in a digital setup.
Native in Dutch, fluent in English . Additional languages are a bonus.
