Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll projects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee salary processing and provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits.
- Support audits and prepare HR documentation for onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate system data and collaborate with external stakeholders like pension funds and insurers.
Your Strengths
HBO-level education with PDL and / or VPS certification.Expertise in Dutch payroll legislation and numerical data analysis.Fluency in Dutch and English required .Availability for 32–40 hours per week.What’s on Offer
