Key Responsibilities :
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset : Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
- Team player : Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
We are looking for someone with :
Proven experience in outbound sales0-3 years experienceStrong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecastingExperience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable)Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunitiesThe ability to generate their own leads from the ground upGreat communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely mannerProficiency in using CRM systems and other sales toolsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clientsPassion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunitiesFluency in Dutch and EnglishWhat we have to offer :
