Represent the AD team in projects, making decisions on timeline, execution, and strategy of AD-related activities.Coordinate and complete sample testing activities within timelines.Collaborate within the R&D matrix organization, working with multiple departments.Perform method assessment and establishment activities with senior scientists.Develop scientific strategies to characterize product quality, safety, and efficacy.Present recommendations to drive decision-making and ensure high-quality products.Liaise with internal scientific, analytical, and laboratory functional areas.Perform all duties in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.Collaborate with peers and perform laboratory activities for development, validation, and transfers.Requirements :
- Equivalent experience in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related physical science will be considered. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in development.
- Proficiency in various analytical techniques (, (U)HPLC).
- Strong passion for scientific methodology and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
- Ability to lead and contribute to projects with medium complexity.
- Strong goal-setting, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a team and embracing challenges in product development.
