Represent the AD team in projects, making decisions on timeline, execution, and strategy of AD-related activities.

Coordinate and complete sample testing activities within timelines.

Collaborate within the R&D matrix organization, working with multiple departments.

Perform method assessment and establishment activities with senior scientists.

Develop scientific strategies to characterize product quality, safety, and efficacy.

Present recommendations to drive decision-making and ensure high-quality products.

Liaise with internal scientific, analytical, and laboratory functional areas.

Perform all duties in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Collaborate with peers and perform laboratory activities for development, validation, and transfers.

Requirements :

Equivalent experience in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related physical science will be considered. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in development.
Proficiency in various analytical techniques (, (U)HPLC).
Strong passion for scientific methodology and problem-solving.
Knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
Ability to lead and contribute to projects with medium complexity.
Strong goal-setting, prioritization, and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a team and embracing challenges in product development.
