We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to join our team at Wilmar as Team Lead Planning. In this role you will lead the end-to-end planning process, safeguarding that the right inventory levels meet the sales demand, according to agreed service levels and at optimal cost. This includes the efficient and timely delivery of products / feedstocks as well as making master production schedules for our production and tolling sites. If you have a strong background in supply chain management, proven team lead experience, and a passion for process optimization, we encourage you to apply.

Main responsibilities :

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning process (including inbound supply plan for imported products and master production schedule for our production and tolling sites)
• Lead, facilitate, develop, motivate and appraise the team and set SMART team and individual goals (Midyear – Appraisal)
• Manage the allocation process and escalate demand issues
• Continuous development and improvement of the planning related processes and systems
• Be the Business Process Owner for planning
• Responsible and accountable for inventory levels (DQO), product availability (OTIF) and other planning related KPI’s
• Ensure X-functional alignment with all disciplines and stakeholders to further develop and improve cooperation and business results
• Respect and contribute to the Supply Chain Blueprint
