E-Commerce Manager (m / f / d)

Do you combine a passion for e-commerce with a hands-on attitude? We're seeking a data and sales-driven E-Commerce Product Manager, who is eager to drive sales through new initiatives and is thriving on creating an outstanding user experience.

In your new role, you'll play a pivotal role in actively enhancing the online presence of a growing e-commerce player! You will not only support the optimization of our product presentations but also create positive impact through sales initiatives and product development. Together with the team you drive sales and contribute to our success!

Your areas of responsibility

Continuously improve and maintain standards for product presentations to enhance user experience and to increase our conversions

Optimize our product offers and implement cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase Global-Tickets profitability

Monitor website performance and sales metrics to identify data-driven improvements

Initiate marketing campaigns and promotions by e.g., tracking market trends, following company developments, and / or best practices to drive our sales

Ensure and enhance customer retention and satisfaction through creative ideas and new initiatives

Implement new functions or improvements within or for the product portfolio based on customer feedback, analysis, and best practices

At least 2 years experience with e-commerce platforms and tools

Knowledge about multilingual shops, CRO or UX is a big plus

With strong analytical skills you interpret data for actionable recommendations.

With a sales driven mindset you identify weaknesses and transform them into actionable implementations

Especially when it comes to details you have a critical view on the status quo

You enjoy daily cross-functional communication and listening to user needs

You assert yourself the ability to be firm but respectful

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

You are fluent in English, while German or Dutch are a plus
