TABS, Inc / TABS BV provides assistance and guidance to foreign companies when starting or expanding their business in the U.S. TABS currently has offices in New York, Humble, TX and Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We are seeking a Relationship Manager based in the Netherlands to oversee TABS’ Business Relations Team and to serve as the main point of contact in the Netherlands office. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day business needs, while representing TABS within Dutch and Belgian networks. As the face of TABS in the Netherlands, you’ll engage with partners and foster valuable connections to drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Initiates and schedules calls / meetings with existing clients for relationship management and / or business opportunities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Spends time on analyzing, servicing and maintaining the TABS client portfolio and is a first point of contact with support of the Business Support Officers.
- Cultivates and nurtures strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Actively engages in client communication, addressing inquiries, and providing expert advice.
- Organizes and attends events, seminars, etc. to act as the face of TABS and create goodwill with stakeholders, clients and leads.
- Tracks and monitors all outstanding questions, issues, and proposals, ensuring they are addressed within the designated timelines.
- Initiates, prepares, conducts and follows up on Annual Relationship Updates; proactive outreaches to our clients in order to determine how business is going and what role we can play.
- Helps to determine upsell opportunities in the portfolio and ensures they are followed up.
- Maintains contacts and client files in CRM software.
- Enters and maintains status updates on Tasks and Opportunities in the CRM Software.
- Collects required information from clients seeking to extend or expand their services, assists in preparing updated Client Service Agreements, ensures they are sent to the client, and follows up to guarantee their return and proper processing.
- Stays in close contact with all service departments on a regular basis and is up to date on developments both internally and externally.
- Informs other team leaders of new client services and works with team leader(s) for the setup of added (and signed) services.
- Assists clients with completion of documents.
- Performs routine reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of client invoices.
- Plays a proactive role in creating new and improving existing processes.
- Acts as a mentor to (future) Business Support Officers, interns and trainees in the Business Relationship team.
- Collaborates with the Business Development Management Team to coordinate the transition of newly onboarded clients to the Business Relationship Team.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets :
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.Demonstrates proficiency in Business Operations.Familiar with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, which are used to drive continuous improvement throughout TABS.Profound expertise in Customer Service.Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, both over the phone and in person in English and Dutch is a must.Experience with international business and / or trade in the U.S. market.Comfortable attending network events and networking with partners.Exhibits computer literacy and knowledge of CRM programs.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in multitasking and overseeing multiple projects.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Capable of working with and preserving confidential information.Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.Critical thinking.Able to delegate and manage a small team.Knowledge of Spanish, German, or other European languages is a plus but not required.What we offer :
