Solution Architect | MES | SAP ERP |Solution Architect Are you a talented Solution Architect ready to shape the future of our strategic MES systems? We're looking for a visionary professional to translate business requirements into innovative solutions. Join our client's team to lead implementation projects and streamline operational activities in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Innovative Solutions : Develop and align configurations and software developments with our strategic landscape, covering ERP, Quality, maintenance, and process control.
  • Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with internal customers—from Managing Directors to operators—and collaborate with other GBS teams and third-party vendors.
  • Global Standards : Ensure all solutions adhere to global IT standards and principles, creating template solutions that are broadly applicable with minimal deviations.
  • Functional Design Leadership : Craft functional designs for software developments and review designs from other architects or functional specialists.
  • MES Community Expertise : Understand the diverse needs and expectations of the MES user community, and provide process knowledge to support the implementation and operational support teams.
  • Strategic Representation : Represent the strategic MES system in implementation programs and projects, particularly during the discovery phase to conduct GAP analyses between current and new strategic systems.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 5-10 years of hands-on experience with MES systems, including implementations and operational support.
  • Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of MES systems, modules, and architecture design, with full lifecycle MES experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Expertise in at least one module, such as Manufacturing or MES / ERP integrations.
  • Educational Background : College or University degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English.
  • Organizational Skills : Well-organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities.
